Très bien ! Ne faisant qu’une courte étape à Pise, cela m’a permis de voir les principaux monuments de la place des miracles en quelques heures et de monter en haut de la tour penchée. Il faut juste savoir que tout sac même tout petit est interdit pour monter. Il faut arriver un peu avant l’heure pour aller le stocker dans un casier gratuit prévu pas très loin. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cultural and religious complex in Pisa. Climbing the Leaning Tower is an incredible experience, very well organized with group schedules. Muy mal, al llegar enseñé el bono que era lo único tenía y me dijeron que eso no servía, me decían que hacía falta un ticket que no había recibido. El resumen de todo, es que casi no entramos y después de varias llamadas conseguimos que nos los mandarán 20 minutos más tarde de la hora establecida.

La reserva se hizo por la página a para las 10 am ya que había plazas disponibles e íbamos con dos niños de 9 y 11 y así evitar las horas centrales del día de más calor. Nos llamaron el día anterior para decirnos que el horario era a las 11:45. La entrada a la torre fue sobre las 12. Por teléfono les solicité si no había otra hora más temprano y me dijeron que no que como tenía también entrada a la catedral que fuera antes a verla. La página no sugirió ni facilito ninguna compensación.

The reservation was made online for 10:00 AM, as there were spaces available and we were traveling with two children, ages 9 and 11, to avoid the hottest part of the day. They called us the day before to tell us the time was 11:45 AM. We weren't admitted to the tower until around 12:00 PM. I called to ask if there was an earlier time slot, and they said no, explaining that since I also had tickets for the cathedral, I should go earlier to see it. The website offered no compensation whatsoever.
