    Excursion to Maragogi, excellent punctuality, comfortable transportation, Portuguese-speaking guide. The Pontal where we stayed had adequate basic amenities.

    Punctuality. The guide was friendly and polite (although I would have preferred him to speak Spanish as well). I think this is a fundamental point for a tour guide. It would save me from having to try to understand what he was saying. The language is Spanish; it's not a strange language. They should address this issue, as it's somewhat inconvenient for tourists.

    The activity went very well, except that I was charged twice and no one is taking responsibility for that. I've been writing to them everywhere for 25 days now and no one is taking responsibility. It's a disgrace. I think I'm going to cancel my membership with a company that doesn't address the problems that arise.
